• • Bonus per hour for every client over 25​

• W2 Employee of Growing Boundlessly (Don’t worry about business taxes we got it) 

• Begin with part time hours of minimum of 15 sessions per week to demonstrate ability to manage and maintain a full time caseload for a minimum of 3 months. Evaluations will be done at 3 months to determine ability to increase caseload

• 1 year to learn, develop, hone your skills learn your niche, and learn by observation to operate a practice ​​

• Resource Library for licensure exam preparation and client care

• Administration support

• ​If desire to start practice communicated with minimum of 2 years with GB learning, developing, and honing clinical skills, developing a niche, marketing, and obtaining hours towards clinical licensure guidance on setting up business structure provided.

 

Reimbursement for professional head shot, and credentialing due if not remaining with Growing Boundlessly for 1 year.
