A Little About Me
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), therapist, and mental health advocate, I am passionate about helping individuals, children, and families heal, grow, and build meaningful lives. As a first-generation Latina, I offer services in both English and Spanish, ensuring that therapy feels accessible and culturally attuned.
With extensive experience in crisis management, therapy services, and resource-building, I have worked with diverse communities to provide trauma-informed care that empowers individuals and strengthens relationships. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, develop resilience, and move forward with confidence.
