A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Melyssa! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in working with teens, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. With five years of experience in social work, I have a strong background in domestic violence and severe mental illness, and I’m passionate about using art therapy as a tool for self-expression and healing.
My Approach to Therapy
Collaborative & Personalized – Therapy is a team effort. I believe in working together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
Safe, Non-Judgmental Space – My priority is to foster an environment of trust and respect, where you feel comfortable exploring your emotions, challenges, and personal growth.
Creative & Expressive – I incorporate art therapy into my work, providing an alternative way to process emotions and communicate thoughts that may be difficult to express in words.
