Hi, I’m Sherkerra! I love and specialize in working with children, teenagers, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate the complexities of growing up and the challenges that come with different life stages. I am passionate about supporting individuals through these pivotal moments, guiding them toward emotional growth and resilience.
My Unique Approach
Incorporating Yoga & Mindfulness – I integrate yoga and mindfulness practices into therapy to help clients relax, improve focus, and develop body awareness. Yoga promotes physical and mental relaxation, while mindfulness and meditation help manage stress, anxiety, and emotions.
Emotional Well-Being & Growth – I believe that fostering emotional well-being through mindfulness and yoga can enhance personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. It’s about empowering clients to take control of their mental health and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
