Hi! I am Sherkerra, I am a hardworking therapist specializing in working with children, teenagers, adolescents, and young adults. I enjoy working with children and adults and helping them navigate the complexities of growing up and facing challenges. I am a certified 200 hr.- yoga teacher.
I love incorporating yoga into my therapy sessions to promote physical and mental well-being among my clients. I have found that it helps clients relax, improve their focus, and develop body awareness. I also use mindfulness practices such as meditation. Mindfulness practices are great tools that can help manage stress, anxiety, and emotions. I strongly believe in the benefits of mindfulness in promoting self-awareness and emotional. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to emotional well-being and personal growth.
